The Decatur Herald-Review is reporting that 160 ADM employees in Decatur took early retirement and another 175 will be laid-off in a company-wide restructuring.

ADM said last month it would cut at least 1,000 jobs, or 3% of its work force.  The layoffs are expected to save about $100 million annually and help boost ADM's international competitiveness.
