Tuesday morning update:
Last night, Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) announced that the Senate would begin debating amendments on the farm bill this afternoon. This was made possible because the Senate agreed to a unanimous consent agreement that only the following 73 amendments would be debated.
Under the agreement, amendments will be considered in an alternating fashion between Democrats and Republicans. Voting will occur today and tomorrow.
